Required Application Information

We try to keep the process as simple as possible. Our application is short, and we only ask for information that is absolutely required to complete the underwriting and closing process. In addition to your application, we require complete copies of your last two years IRS 1040 forms, copies of the front page of your main bank, stock or mutual fund statements, and a spec sheet for the aircraft. If you are self employed please include the last two years of the business IRS tax returns, and a year to date Profit & Loss statement.  Additional information may be required depending on the lender's underwriting requirements.
